We want your car hire experience to be easy and worry-free. Here’s how our Refund & Returns process works:
Cancellations

You can cancel your booking free of charge within the allowed cancellation window (Shown in Cancellation policy).

Cancelling after this time may result in a partial refund or a fee.

No-shows are usually not refundable.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
You can manage your booking or request a refund by:​

Calling customer service
Just provide your booking reference number.
Returning Your Vehicle
When you bring the car back:

We complete a quick inspection (fuel, mileage, and condition).

Any extra charges (e.g., fuel or late-return fees) will be clearly explained before processing.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually take 3–10 business days to appear.
Security deposit releases may take 3–14 days, depending on your bank.

Any price difference will be shown before confirming the update.
