Cancellation Policy

At Auto Drive Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and easy to understand.

Free Cancellation

• You can cancel your booking free of charge up to the specified cancellation window, 24–48 hours before pick-up.

Late Cancellations

• If you cancel after the free-cancellation window, a cancellation fee may apply.

• In some cases, a partial refund will be issued based on the remaining value of your booking.

No-Show Policy

• If you do not arrive to collect your vehicle and do not cancel in advance, this is considered a no-show, and the booking is non-refundable.

Prepaid / Non-Refundable Bookings

• Some discounted or special-rate bookings may be labelled non-refundable. These cannot be cancelled for a refund once confirmed.

Refunds

• Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to your original payment method.

• Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
